The main dish is a spicy and exotic bouillabaisse made by using local fish stock, simmering it over two days, and topping it with spices unique to the south of France.As shown in the photo, 5 to 7 kinds of seafood will be served on a large platter, presented in a hearty manner like authentic bouillabaisse.The soup is served on a thinly sliced baguette with rouille sauce and Gruyere cheese.
