The rich soup is made from stock extracted from local fish and simmered over two days, then layered with spices unique to the south of France to create a spicy and exotic seafood soup.Serve on a thinly sliced baguette with rouille sauce and Gruyere cheese.If there is still soup left, it is recommended to add couscous to it.
